Required Education
- Experience in billing, O2C, or finance-related tasks ranging from one to four years.
- strong communication abilities (written and oral).
- understanding with Microsoft Office applications.
- It would be beneficial but not necessary to have knowledge or experience in relevant procedures including Cash Applications, Collections, and MIS.
- skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation
- receptive to working in a 24/7 operational atmosphere with rotating shifts and willing to learn.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in billing, O2C, or financial-related operations
- Excellent communication abilities (written and oral).

The job responsibilities are listed below: -
- The company is looking for an Executive - Subscriptions & Billing who will collaborate cross-functionally across all divisions of the company to assist with subscription management and invoicing support for all of Freshworks' clients.
- Read and carefully consider the contracts and SOF, and promptly and accurately produce bills.
- Follow up on any missing information with internal and external stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries that are received via emails, phone calls, tickets, and other channels of communication.
- responsible for processing deals to generate money on a monthly basis.
- Help the team out with daily tasks from a process and policy perspective.
- offer top-notch customer service and prompt, accurate resolutions.
- Help with month-end and closing tasks for MIS/Financial Reporting.
